GPO to force users to install Windows Updates

On ours organisation we got users that keep pausing and delaying Windows Updates, then cry to our high hierarchy managers when they have to wait a few hours on those occasions when they decide to do the updates....flipping users. We decided to develop a GPO to force users to install Windows Updates no matter what, so every single time super-duppoer Microsoft

Our users keep choosing either "Restart" or "Shutdown", totallyt by-passing the option

How can we force our users to reboot to install Windows Update? Put a water-gun on their forehead and flush them? lol, before going into the extremes, let me explain you how we did:
