FileZilla client fails to retrieve directory listing

To fix this issue:

Go to FileZilla client >> Edit >> Settings >> FTP and set the mode to Active with the option to "Allow fall back...." ticked

Then visit the Active mode entry and ensure the option "Ask you OS for the external IP" is ticked
