Automatic Replies for shared mailboxes in HTML format for Exchange

To configure automatic replies in Shared Mailboxes while using Exchange, also known as you well know Office 365, or Microsoft Outlook, open the "Others" tab in the relevant Shared Mailbox and click on "Manage automatic replies"

Under the "Reply to all senders..." copy and paste something like this, on HTML format:
